Congratulations on your Hornet's college commitment! We are looking forward to celebrating the college signers and their fellow Hornets at the NESTYS next week.
Please see the following reminders for the college signers:
WHEN: Monday, June 2
Please arrive at 5:30 p.m. (Door 8 in the back).
WHERE: Main Gym
The college signings will take place on the far wall of the main gym. Once you arrive, head there and we will stage you in the order below. If you are running late or your party is not fully assembled, we’ll work you back into the line as needed.
We will have one main table with a backdrop for the college signings and will rotate each athlete through for their photo opp. For each athlete, our emcee will announce you and invite you to the table. A photographer will be ready to capture three professional quality photos at this table: athlete signing, athlete with family, and athlete with family and coach(es). Photos will be available after the NESTYS at no charge - so no need to hand off your cell phone!
We will have a second table and backdrop set up for additional photos (athletes with additional family, friends, teammates, etc.). This will allow us to keep the official signings moving and ensure everyone has their spotlight before the program begins. Both tables will be available for you to take as many photos as you would like before and after the NESTYS program.
This is your time to shine! Please bring any college spirit items to display during your signing (tablecloths, flags, balloons, etc). For those who you wish to share in this experience with you, please make sure they arrive at 5:30.
